I am in desperate need of advice...
I am becoming SO overwhelmed with all the information out there. Do this... not that... do it in the morning... no, do it in the evening... eat this.. not that..... UGH!!! And they all sound so "scientific".... why can't it just be simple!!??

Tell me.. from YOUR PERSONAL experience.. 

When is the BEST time to exercise to BURN the MOST FAT possible... is it morning? Is it evening? Is it sometime during the day??

Может тебе мое мнение не будет интересно, так как мы с тобой по возрасту какбы разные, но на своем опыте могу сказать, пока не нормализуешь обмен веществ не сможеш нормализовать вес. Я работаю над этим последние пол года.     I don't think time of day matters but the number of workouts a day definitely does. For fat burning purposes, running for 15 minutes twice a day is better than running for 40 minutes once a day. Your heart rate and metabolism stay elevated for several hours after you exercise so if you can exercise early in the day and again in the afternoon or evening, it keeps your metabolism working all the time. It also makes you feel good. This is what I was doing last summer before I hurt my knee. I went to the the gym twice a day for about 20-30 minutes at a time for different classes like abs, weights, and yoga, or for a short run. I felt great and each workout was different so I was always having fun. Of course, it's a lot easier to get to the gym twice a day when you don't have to worry about your job or your kids, but there are lots of small things you can do during the day like running up and down a flight of stairs a few times during a stretch break or doing jumping jacks while you wait for the microwave. I used to do push ups in the elevator at work.

    Well...I eat all day long and lay around on the couch all day and that seems to really help me lose weight. Morning, afternoon, evening, night...all times of the day and night work great!!!;)
    Sorry.....I just had to do that, lolhehehe. I'm sorry about all the crazy info out there, I know how it is (well not with dieting but with health stuff) it just drives me NUTZZZZ sometimes!!!! Good luck to you though and we should hand out:)

    Thanks for all your opinions!! I will definitely be using/considering some of them... except for yours Fleta.. if I did that.. I would be one of those 1000 pounders.. no way!! lol...

    I always exercised in the morning cuz I like to get it out of the way... but recently someone told me that if you exercise in the evening, you actually burn more fat..

    Ugh.. so now I'm confused.. lol
